Chris leads ShopData 360 across both pillars, CAD/CAM and ERP. He brought the two companies together under one roadmap and one support line, and still sits in on customer calls most weeks.

Joel owns the software itself, from post-processors for decades-old controllers to the ERP ledger. His team decides what gets built next, and most of that list comes straight from support tickets.

Matthew runs the support desk. When a shop calls, a specialist who knows the machines picks up. He measures his team on problems solved on the first call, not tickets closed.
